The Office of the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs: 

Office of Research
As a universitywide unit, the Office for Research provides a pipeline of services to drive and support faculty research and innovation and empowers the Rutgers community to create knowledge and advance discoveries that benefit the citizens of New Jersey and the world.

Center for Women in the Arts & Humanities
Advances the contributions of women in the arts and humanities by facilitating research, hosting visiting scholars and artists, mounting exhibitions, and engaging in university-community partnerships with artists, performers, scholars, and cultural-makers.

Division of Continuing Studies 
Universitywide division with 20 business units committed to supporting lifelong learning through credit and non-credit programs delivered on-campus, off-campus, and online.

Office of Academic Labor Relations
Manages universitywide academic labor relations and supports academic units with regard to faculty personnel matters.

Rutgers Access and Disability Resources (RADR)
As a university-wide unit, RADR supports the efforts of the Offices of Disability Services (ODS) to provide reasonable accommodations and services for students with disabilities. Oversees chart of accounts related to accommodations, services, and access. Advances, develops and supports efforts to create a more inclusive environment where all individuals are welcomed, valued, and encouraged to be contributing members.

Advances, develops and supports academic initiatives that cultivate and sustain equity, diversity, and inclusive values across the university.

Rutgers Global

Office of Enrollment Services
UES is a university-wide functional group supporting financial aid, registrar, and admissions activities across the University. Services include: 

  • Admissions - providing support to applicants, students, and prospective students both undergraduate and graduate; liaison to graduate programs and other graduate cohorts both internal and external to Rutgers; liaison to undergraduate admissions offices.
  • Financial Aid - establishing aid eligibility; awarding scholarships, grants, loans, and employment; overall compliance with federal, state, and institutional programs.
  • Registrar - serving as data steward for all student records; annual institutional statistical reporting; maintenance of student records database; enrollment reporting compliance; production of all diplomas and transcripts; maintenance of web applications; ensuring compliance and consistency with student record policies.

Office for Faculty Development
Offers programs to support faculty development.

Office of Institutional Research and Academic Planning
Collects, maintains, curate, and report data to comply with the rules, regulations, standards, and statutes of federal, state, and accrediting agencies and to supply vital institutional data to various public constituencies and external bodies such as colleges guides, ranking concerns, professional associations, and data sharing consortia requesting university-related information.

Office of Postdoctoral Affairs
Committed to advancing the University’s mission to conduct cutting-edge research and advanced training, the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs supports postdoctoral researchers and their faculty mentors by providing a central hub for professional development opportunities, knowledge sharing, and community building.

Office of Promotion of Women in Science, Engineering, and Math
SciWomen works to advance gender and racial equity by providing resources and support for engagement and success in the sciences

Office of Veteran and Military Programs and Services
In-house services include advising, tutoring, staff psychologies team, Including Meditation Therapy, counselors, benefits team, School of Social Work case manager, financial aid, and Veteran Emergency Grant/Scholarship Fund

Center for Organizational Leadership
A university resource and national leader in advancing organizational effectiveness, academic, and senior administrative leadership, and communication and change.

Rutgers University Press
Nonprofit academic publishing house dedicated to the advancement and dissemination of knowledge to scholars. The Press is essential to the University’s missions of research, instruction, and service.

University Libraries
Offers 20 libraries and centers across all four universities and has more than 110,000 electronic journals and over 500 indexes and databases.
