Andrew Carnegie Fellows Program

The Andrew Carnegie Fellows Program provides support for a high-caliber scholarship that applies fresh perspectives from the humanities and social sciences to some of the most pressing issues of our times.  This program has been established in response to the “unprecedented threats to our democracy and the international order that need to be addressed by the best of our national talent.”  The program will award up to thirty fellowships of $200,000 each, lasting one or two years, that will enable recipients to, among other things, travel, hire research assistants, and take sabbaticals from their institutions in order to focus on their research.
