Call for Nominations for the Wolf Prize (Deadline: July 25)

Rutgers has been invited to submit one or more candidates for the 2019 Wolf Prize in the Sciences and Arts.  In the Sciences, a candidate can be nominated for only one of the following four fields: Agriculture, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Medicine. In the Arts, the Prize will be awarded in the field of Architecture. Two or more candidates can be nominated to receive the Prize jointly. Each candidate must have had a distinguished international career. Those selected will receive financial support of $100,000. In the event of two or more recipients sharing one prize, the honorarium will be equally divided among them.

To nominate a candidate, please send a brief description of the candidate’s scientific achievements, a curriculum vitae, and a letter of nomination no later than July 25, 2018, to Dr. Angela Mullis ( of my office who will be coordinating the process.
