Microsoft Research Faculty Fellowship

The University has the opportunity to submit three nominations for consideration for the Microsoft Research Faculty Fellowship program, which provides research fellowships in the amount of $100,000 annually for two years starting in the fall of 2021. The fellowships recognize “innovative, promising early-career professors in the Americas who are exploring breakthrough, high-impact research in computer science or a related field.” The program seeks to support faculty currently conducting research, advising graduate students, and teaching in a classroom. Candidates should have completed their most recent Ph.D. or D.Sc. in May 2016 or later.
